with a flat paddle, a wire whisk, and dough hooks. The 1000 watt motor is
strong enough for the heaviest dough and features a 12 speed motor for all your
mixing needs. This model also has an auto off overload feature that prevents the
motor from burning out it if it meets too strong
A feature unique to Cuisinart is the timer which can be set to shut off the motor after 1 to 15 minutes. This means you don’t have to watch the mixer while it works. Cuisinart offers optional attachments that can be purchased separately. Each connects to one of three power outlets on the mixer to let you blend, process food, squeeze juice from your favorite citrus fruits, make perfect homemade pasta, or grind your own meats. These attachments connect to the mixer at three different points called power outlets. Each outlet is designed to operate different types of accessories. This model features a tilt-back head that lifts the attachments out of the bowl. The head-lift release lever ensures that you can securely lock the head in the upright position to prevent it falling back into the bowl.
