Bosch mixer attachments can be bought for the universal, compact and comfort models of the Bosch kitchen machine. There are over 15 different tools you can buy to expand the usefulness of your mixer. The basic machine comes with three standard attachments that allow you to whip, mix, knead and perform almost everything you want with a Bosch kitchen machine. These are the wire whisk, dough hooks and double paddle tools.

Optional accessories expand the capabilities of what you can accomplish in the kitchen. The following list is not inclusive of every Bosch mixer accessory available:

Blender attachment – this accessory allows you to use the powerful motor of your kitchen mixer to run a blender. Saves space in your kitchen. The blender has a 6 cup or 1 ½ quart capacity. Blender caps with funnel are available.

Slicer/Shredder with bowl – features a medium capacity bowl with three blades; slicer, shredder and French fry maker. Great for produce and when you don’t need all the capabilities of the food processor.

Food Processor – of course Bosch has a food processor. Comes with blade for chopping, slicer, shredder and grater blades. More versatile than the slicer/shredder and the blades for both are interchangeable.

Cookie Paddles are a great accessory for thicker batters. Use them to make cookies, candy or for those triple batch jobs at Christmas time.

Grain Mill with steel grinder cone. For the health conscious cook who wants to prepare their own ingredients from scratch its hard to beat grinding your own wheat or other grains for breads and other recipes. Not suitable for grinding corn. For stone ground grains some outlets do have the grain mill with stone grinding disk.

Sausage stuff set – set of three different sized extruders for sausage stuffing. Fits on the food and meat grinder.

Meat grinder – grind and mince fresh meats, stuffing mix, and just about any other food you might want to chop up into a hamburger consistency. Different disks for coarse, fine or medium are available. Comes with one 4.5 mm disk for general purpose grinding. The meat and food grinder is the driver for several other accoutrements of the Bosch mixer family. The pastry, pasta, and berry press Bosch accessories all attach to the meat and food grinder. This tool will only fit on the universal plus machine.

Extender foot adapter– If your Bosch is not the universal plus machine and you want to use the meat and food grinder you will need an adapter to attach them to your machine. The adapter can be challenging to locate .

Citrus Juicer – takes the hard work out of juicing limes, lemons, grapefruits and other citrus fruits.

Berry Press – attach to the meat grinder and press pears, tomatoes, apples and more.

Fancy Cookie maker – create 4 different variations of short bread cookies. Stars, ruffled, wavy, and rippled

Pasta maker – make and enjoy 11 different styles of pasta angel hair, linguini, spaghetti, macaroni, thin spaghetti, wide noodle, rigatoni, spiral, pasta shell, jumbo pasta shell, and lasagna.

Seed and nut grater for grinding walnuts, peanuts, almonds, and bread crumbs. grate parmesean and other hard cheeses too.

These are just some of the Bosch mixer attachments available for the Universal, Compact, and other Bosch mixers. Most will fit all the mixers but not all of them will. For example, an adapter is needed if you plan to use the meat grinder on anything except the universal plus mixer. Alternative bowls, grinders, disks, and other attachments are available.
